Terms & Conditions — Sabrina’s Attic (Effective Date 02/21/2026)


1) About Us

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of sabrinasattic.com (the “Site”) and any purchases from Sabrina’s Attic (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or purchasing from us online or in-store, you agree to these Terms.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order.

3) Products (Thrift/Vintage Items)

We sell thrifted, vintage, and often one-of-a-kind items. Item condition may show normal wear consistent with age. We do our best to describe items accurately and show clear photos.

4) Pricing, Taxes & Payments

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout where required. We accept the payment methods presented at checkout (online) and in-store.

5) Orders (Online)

We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, errors in pricing/availability, or issues with payment processing. If we cancel after you’ve been charged, we’ll reverse the charge where applicable.

6) Shipping & Delivery (Online)

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where required by law.

7) Returns, Refunds & Exchanges (All Sales Final — Store Credit Exceptions)

All sales are final. Because we sell thrifted, vintage, and often one-of-a-kind items, we generally do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Exceptions (when we’ll issue store credit)

  1. Wrong item received (online orders)
    If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. If approved, we’ll issue store credit (or replace the item if available).
  2. Item arrives damaged in transit (online orders)
    If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we’ll issue store credit (or replace the item if available).
  3. Item not as described (online orders)
    If an item materially differs from its listing (for example, major undisclosed damage), contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. If approved, we’ll issue store credit.
  4. In-store purchases
    Items purchased in-store are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds, except where required by law.

Non-returnable items (always final)

Gift cards, clearance/final markdown items, and any item marked “Final Sale” (if used).

Important notes

  • We do not accept returns for: sizing/fit issues, minor variations, normal wear, buyer’s remorse, or failure to read the item description. 
  • If a return is approved, the item must be unused and returned in the same condition as received. 
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error. 
  • Store credit has no cash value and is non-transferable, except where required by law. 
  • Store credit does not expire.

8) Promotions & Gift Cards (If Offered)

Promotions may have additional rules and may be changed or ended at any time. Gift cards, if offered, are non-refundable except where required by law.

9) Account & Site Use

If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

10) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes 
  • Attempt to access accounts or data not belonging to you 
  • Interfere with the Site’s operation (including uploading malware) 
  • Scrape or copy Site content for commercial use without permission

11) Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, photos, logos, design, and branding) is owned by Sabrina’s Attic or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use it without written consent.

12) Third-Party Links

Our Site may link to third-party sites. We’re not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

13) Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Site and all products/services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sabrina’s Attic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product(s) at issue.

Some states do not allow certain limitations, so these limits may not apply to you.

15) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sabrina’s Attic from claims arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

16) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Washington, unless otherwise required by law.

17) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
